The Verdict is an online tool run by Domantas in Lithuania. You describe a business idea, answer a few questions, and AI jurors and an AI judge write a scored verdict: build, pivot or kill.

Everything in a verdict, including the research, competitors, market sizes, numbers and scores, is generated by AI. It can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it doesn't replace talking to customers or to a qualified professional. Check anything important before you rely on it. You decide what to do with your idea.

You keep all rights to your idea and to what you write. You allow us to store and process it, including sending it to our AI and search providers, only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. The verdict text written for you is yours to use however you like.

Only submit information you have the right to share. Don't submit anything illegal, or other people's confidential information.

• There is a limit on free verdicts per day. Appeals count towards it.
• Don't use bots or scripts, try to get around the limits, or try to break or manipulate the AI.
• Pitches that aren't real ideas may be dismissed, and repeated trolling pauses access until the next day.
• The court doesn't hear ideas built on something illegal or seriously harmful.

If you share a report, anyone with the link can read it. You are responsible for who you send it to. You can turn sharing off at any time.

The Verdict is currently free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, limit or stop features. If we add paid features, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer based on a verdict. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: klientai@novera.lt.
